Blunsdon is located 4 miles north of Swindon and central London and Bristol are both easily accessible via the M4 east and west. It is also only 5 miles from our recent purchase at Highworth giving us further critical mass in this enviable part of Wiltshire.
This, our sixth site, takes us another significant step towards delivering our development target and brings our total number of consented plots to over 350.
